Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your service.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any additional charge beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled out of respect for other clients' time.
